Kim opened ACIA Construction in 2014 as a Women & Minority Owned Business. Over the years, she has built relationships with highly regarded contractors in the surrounding areas. Prior to ACIA Construction, Kim worked in management for several years and has always had a passion for leading her team.

Kim lives in Ontario, NY with her husband and two dogs, Maverick & Angus. In her free time, she enjoys her time at her camp in the Adirondacks and going four wheeling, snowmobiling and motorcycling. She also loves to spend time with her five grandchildren – who her company is named after!

Cody has over 20 years of experience in the field as a fence installer as well as running his own business for several years. Recently, Cody has joined the team at ACIA Construction in a leadership role. Typically, you will see Cody overseeing our crews and ensuring all jobs are running smoothly on a daily basis!

Cody lives in Ontario, NY with Lindsay and his four children. He also has two dogs, Remi & Dak! In his free time, he likes to go boating, four wheeling and camping with his family and friends.
